A BLASPINT - MANUTENÇÃO INDUSTRIAL LTDA is a company specialized in maintenance painting Offshore Platforms, Refineries and oil terminals, especially for units belonging to PETROBRAS and its subsidiaries.
In order to suit the International standards of Safety, Environment and Health of the worker, BLASPINT sought abroad the most advanced injured ligament to perform the services of Surface Preparation for Painting.
In Offshore Platforms, the Blasting is known for its services in the platforms of Petrobras located in the Marlin, Albacora, Sul, Centro and Nordeste, in the Campos Basin in Rio de Janeiro. Due to the characteristics of these units, the services of surface treatment are carried out with Hydroblasting with ultra-high pressure.
In refineries and terminals, we have been performing maintenance on the Storage Tanks from Petrobras Businesses Units in REVAP, REDUC, and REPAR REPLAN and TRANSPETRO Marine Terminals in the TEBAR, GEBIG, OZORIO, SÃO FRANCISCO DO SUL, PARANHAGUÁ, SENATOR CANEDO, RIBEIRÃO PRETO, Uberlândia, CAMPOS ELISEOS, GUARAREMA, Cabiúnas and ILHA REDONDA.
In tanks, most of the Surface Treatment Services, are executed by auto-blast blasting, which BLASPINT is the pioneer and has the largest dominion of this technology in Brazil. In parts of the tanks where it can not perform auto-blast blasting , we use the Hydroblasting with ultra-high pressure.
To attend the demands of work, now we own 30 (thirty) Pumps to hydroblasting with ultrahigh-pressure, 5 (five) Self-jet blast machines, 2 (two) automatic machines for blasting pipelines and 3(three) sets of spray paint bi-component of computerized mixing XTREME MIX 360, and various airless equipment to paint, compressors and other equipment needed for work.
